My culinary style is based on French Cuisine as I trained through a Cordon Bleu School of cookery. Through my years of travelling and cooking in various countries I have adapted a large repertoire of styles and flavours, but keeping to the basic of fresh and seasonal. I have a passion for food and the hospitality industry and this reflects in my work.
I enjoy every stage of my day to day work, from the sourcing of ingredients to presentation at the table. Cooking is my Passion and the Heart and Soul of my work, I derive immense satisfaction from meeting families from across the globe and sharing in the diversity of different cultures.
