                My culinary style is based on French Cuisine as I trained through a Cordon Bleu School of cookery. Through my years of travelling and cooking in various countries I have adapted a large repertoire of styles and flavours, but keeping to the basic of fresh and seasonal. I have a passion for food and the hospitality industry and this reflects in my work.  
                You choose your destination and I will travel to you to ensure an enjoyable, memorable getaway with family and friends. Making your Villa or Private Home filled with all the qualities and services of a boutique hotel. This was what I had in mind when starting Capetownchef.com In 2008 and to date we host a handful of talented Chefs that are available world wide. Capetownchef.com specializes in Private/Personal Chefs and Holiday Villa services in Cape Town and the surrounding areas during the summer months from October to April each year. Our uncompromising and exemplary five-star offering ensures that Clients are treated with the care and attention necessary to satisfy the world’s most discerning holidaymakers. 

                During the months from May to October the team of Capetownchef.com are available to travel abroad to summer destinations from Europe to America where Private holiday homes and Luxury yachts are seeking skilled staff.
                 
                I've always tried to be a healthy eater myself, I think without a doubt that the saying "you are what you eat" is not only true but a scary fact for most. Food is our main source of energy and depending on what we consume will in return be the energies you give out. I like to create healthy meals that are well balanced but still delicious. As a chef it is a skill in its own to know where to find excellent produce and create good relationships with suppliers.

                I enjoy every stage of my day to day work, from the sourcing of ingredients to presentation at the table. Cooking is my Passion and the Heart and Soul of my work, I derive immense satisfaction from meeting families from across the globe and sharing in the diversity of different cultures. 

                I am forever a student to food and the million possibilities each raw ingredient holds.
